About Me

I've always been drawn to building—long before I had a clear idea of what that would look like.

My journey started while working full-time at a Japanese trading company, where I spent years immersed in import/export, logistics, and operations. That experience gave me a deep understanding of how businesses actually run—on the ground, across borders, and through complex systems. But alongside that career, I felt a growing pull to build something of my own.

That led me to start EM6 Holdings Inc.—initially as a side venture. What began as an exploration into digital opportunities quickly became a hands-on education in entrepreneurship. I learned how to test ideas, navigate uncertainty, and build from scratch while still operating within the structure of a traditional business environment.

As part of that journey, I co-founded Puccic.com, bringing European children's fashion to the Japanese market. It was a very different kind of business, but it reinforced a principle that would shape everything that followed: no matter the industry, success comes down to understanding people and creating something that resonates with them.

Over time, my focus shifted toward a more fundamental challenge—how companies find and choose the right people. That led me to found AMM Inc., where we used technology to improve hiring—making it faster, more efficient, and ultimately more effective.

Those experiences converged into what I'm building today with JINZ.AI Inc.

At JINZ.AI, we operate at the intersection of data science and human insight to help companies identify and hire exceptional talent. The idea is simple: behind every successful company are the right people. If you can improve how those connections are made, you can fundamentally change how businesses grow.

Beyond building companies, I've always believed in building communities. As President of the Moroccan Business Club in Japan (MBC-J), I focus on strengthening ties between Morocco and Japan—creating opportunities for collaboration, cultural exchange, and long-term partnerships.

Having lived in Morocco, studied in the UK, and built my career in Japan, I've developed a global perspective shaped by different cultures and ways of thinking. I speak English, Arabic, French, and Japanese, and much of my approach to business is rooted in navigating across those worlds.

While I hold an MBA in International Business and a background in business administration, most of what I've learned has come from building—testing ideas, adapting quickly, and continuing forward.

At the core, my philosophy is simple: care deeply about what you're building, stay consistent through challenges, and focus on the people around you. That's what creates meaningful and lasting impact.
